I have enjoyed more than 25 years in various sales and marketing positions primarily in the technology sector. I began my career with IBM Canada and was responsible for marketing programs for our Fortune 500 clients worldwide. My experience also includes marketing digital imaging software to Law Enforcement Agencies throughtout the Midwest. Having had the benefit of IBM's world class training, I posess strong skills in marketing, strategic planning, negotiating and organization. I received several awards for Marketing Excellece during my career.
Licensed in 2000, I was top ranked in my rookie year, and have achieved results in the top 5% of Keller Williams realtors in the greater Kansas City area.
Personal
I am the very proud mother of 4. Their love and support saw me through a difficult battle with cancer in 2009. I am blessed to still be cancer free.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to volunteer with many activities with the school and the community, I have served as a Brownie Leader, PTO President, have chaired several committees and am particularly proud to have served on, and chaired, the Red Robbon Week committee for 5 consecutive years. This wonderful national program is dedicated to promoting healthy choices regarding drugs and alcohol in an age appropriate format at the Elementary and Middle School levels.
2005 marked my first year as Program Coordinator for MAYAA (Mid America Youth Aviation Association) which, in conjunction with the Kansas City Aviation Expo, hosted more than 900 Kansas City youth. Our goal is to bring an understanding of aviation and aviation realated career opportunites to curious kids of all ages in the Greater Kansas City area.
I've danced my entire life and, for 10 years I choreograhed musicals in the Blue Valley School District. Productions include: The Sound of Music, L'il Abner, Grease, The Wizard of Oz, The Boyfriend, and Bye, Bye Birdie.
